A new crossing was recently installed at the big lake. This smaller, gravel crossing is designed to allow TLHA members access when pulling small boats with lawn tractors, ATVs, and UTVs. There are a number of homeowners who have yet to pay their annual $200 HOA membership dues for 2020. Homeowners have the option of paying all at once or splitting the payments with $100 due by the end of January (it was extended to February 29 this year), and the final $100 due by June.. read more →

Due to the stay-at-home orders and the potential spread of the Covid19 virus, the TLHA Board has elected to cancel the spring 2020 garage sale.
